Vector
Graphic Files is preferrd- vector-based images can be scaled by any amount
without degrading quality. Usually supplied in PDF, AI, EPS or CDR
formats.
Before submitting your
artwork, please check that:
1. The
preferred format is vector graphic files. Usually suppies in PDF, AI,EPS OR CDR
formats.
2. Your artwork is the correct size. Artwork to be 1-up on a single
page document.
3. Bleed is set to exact 1mm
4. The document colour mode set to CMYK
5. All
Rich Black are set to C = 40%, M = 0%, Y = 0%, K = 100%.
6. All fonts are
outlined (converted to curves) or embedded.
7. All links are
embedded.
8. All lines in your artwork
are at least 0.3pt and all text should be at least 8pt using a non narrow style
font.
9. All borders in your artwork
are at least 5mm wide.
10. All images in your artwork are 300dpi when placed
at 100%.

Note:
1. If two sides are selected, your artwork should contain a
design for both sides.
2. Also if possible, please provide crop marks around
the artwork.
3. Colours may appear darker when Matt Lamination is
applied.
4. We print in CMYK and not RGB. Supplying artwork in RGB will
effect the final colour.
5. If business cards are ordered with any additonal
option, a PDF proof will always be sent to the customer. This must be approved
before the job can be printed. If not approved in time, the order may be
delayed.

2. Can I split my 1000 business cards order into 2
names or 4 names?
Unfortunately not, you would need to order the
individual cards per person, so 500 x 2 kinds or 250 x 4
kinds.
3. What are your file
specifications?
For the best results, we recommend PDFs
but we can accept AI, PSD，CDR, JPEG, EPS, or TIFF files as
well.
Please create all files with a 1mm bleed (1mmon all sides) As an example, a 90x 54mm business card file should be submitted at 92 x 56mm
Please keep all safe text at least 2mm from the trim line.
Files must be CMYK, not RGB.
PDFs, EPS and AI files: Please convert all
fonts and text to outlines and flatten all transparencies. JPEG, PSD, TIFF:
Please flatten all files. You may save your files at 400 DPI (300 DPI is the
minimum).
4. Can I split my 1000 business cards order

5. Can you cut my cards a different
size?
Our standard business card size is 90mm x 54mm. We are able to cut your cards to
a different size as long as they are smaller or larger than our
standard.
6.Can you
create a design for my business?
Yes, you have two ways to create the design.
Option 1: We design for you. Email us the needed information
you want to put on the cards, we would create professional designs for your
selection.
Option 2: Select a design template
to get a free design. If you order print products from us,
design service is free of charge. Simply pick out the templates you like(click
here),write down the text information below and upload images. We’d like to
finish the design for you based on the templates.
